As a Hume customer, you are required to pay for the water you use.

  

You may be charged for water use at your home, even if you are in a complex with a shared water meter.

 

You can pay this by setting up an automatic payment, which means you pay regular amounts into your account which is then used to pay your water bill when it is due (usually four times per year).

 

We may send you a water invoice. If your statement shows an outstanding amount, this must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date.

 

Payments should NOT be made to Sydney Water, Hunter Water or the Post Office.
