Keys should be returned by the agreed termination date.

This must include:

• all door keys
• common area keys
• window keys
• remote controls 
• key fobs.

All keys must be handed over at the vacating property when a Hume officer does the final inspection.

If all keys are not returned, Hume will charge for replacements.

Hume will charge a daily rent for each day keys are late in being returned.
