When you submit your Notice of Termination we will book in:
- a pre-vacate inspection and
- a final inspection.
The pre-vacate inspection will be booked for within 2 days from when notice is received.
This will give you an opportunity to address any concerns raised by Hume before you move out.
The property should be:
- Cleaned, including walls, blinds, curtains, windows, cookers, ovens, kitchen cupboards, bathrooms (including removal of all mould)
- Carpets should be cleaned and lawns mowed, gardens weeded, sheds and garages/carports cleaned
- All rubbish removed.
A final inspection will be booked for the last day of tenancy.
The property should be:
- Cleaned, including walls, blinds, curtains, windows, cookers, ovens, kitchen cupboards, bathrooms (including removal of all mould)
- Carpets should be cleaned and lawns mowed, gardens weeded, sheds and garages/carports cleaned
- All rubbish removed
- Left in a similar condition as it was when you commenced your tenancy, taking into account fair wear and tear.
