Hume aims to place you, the customer, at the centre of everything we do.  

An important part of this is holding block meetings.

It is a way for us to share information about Hume and identify issues that may be affecting your block and immediate area. 

Then we can work with you to improve things. Our goals are to work together, keep you informed, sustain tenancies and achieve suitable solutions.

At times, we may have special guests from local services like Crime Prevention, Council, or the Fire Brigade at block meetings to share information on relevant topics. 

It is a great opportunity to meet your neighbours and share information. Hume wants to hear from you.

Your Neighbourhood Officer will plan a block meeting and send invitations to all Hume customers living in the complex.
