You need to speak to your Neighbourhood Officer or Housing Coordinator before letting someone move into your home. 


You will have to complete an Application for an Additional Occupant and a home visit will need to be organised to see if the property is big enough for an extra person.  


If the form is approved, a new rent assessment must be done due to the change to the household's circumstances.


Your lease agreement states how many people can reside in the property. 


Please note if you were to have unauthorised occupants residing in your property you would be in breach of your tenancy agreement (lease).
