We determine the market rent for our properties using rent data relevant to the type and location of the property, as published quarterly in the Rent and Sales Report by the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ); and as advised by private Landlords.
This means that the market rent of our properties will be comparable to similar properties in the private rental market.
Eligible NRAS Customers will not pay more than 80% of the market rent.
