The tenancy agreement (lease) is a fixed term for 12 months with no automatic renewal.
For continued eligibility under the scheme, an eligibility assessment is required annually.
If you are deemed eligible, an assessment will be conducted to establish weekly rent.
Rents will be determined by assessing all household income and will be set at 30% of this income and no more than 80% of the current market rent.
Any additional documents required by Hume and the funding body in relation to the program are to be provided within five days of request.
For Housing Pathways applicants, if you accept an Affordable Housing property your name will be removed from the Housing Pathways wait list, as you will be deemed suitably housed.
